IF I COULD LEAVE A MINUS STAR REVIEW , I WOULD !!!!!!I hired a suited from Ferrari Formalwear in Midland Perth for a function I had on last night …. To my discussed , just before I was ready to leave to the event , I found a used tissue in one of the jacket pockets and a half smoked rollie cigarette in the other pocket ….. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! It actually spoiled my night wearing that filthy jacket . One would think that the suits are cleaned after they are returned…NEVER HIRE A SUIT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN !!!!

Whoever is in control of ordering is useless. Nothing in size 36 for black pants and not 1 2XL dress shirt. Always the case

Very bad coustmer service bought a 1pair of shorts scan the price twice and took money for that irresponsible coustmer service.

I bought an electric razor from this branch. I returned it after 6 months as it was faulty. I thought that maybe I was just unlucky and got a bad batch . I said I just wanted to exchange it for the same model. No problem the customer service staff said and it was exchanged. Less than 6 months later the same model stopped working. I returned it for a refund only to be told that NO! You can't have one. You have to have a credit voucher. The policy has changed, and I was refused a refund. I said but it's faulty. I was told that because I had exchanged it. I was only entitled to a voucher. Even though BOTH razors were faulty goods and at no stage was I told originally that if I exchanged it like for like, I would not get my money back.I contacted customer services by phone and was told that I should've been told when I exchanged the initial faulty razor, that I would NOT be entitled to a refund should that one break.Customer service said a refund would be granted under these circumstances and contacted Clarkson branch. I was told they would be in contact with me 'shortly'. After 6 days I had heard nothing so re contacted customer services by email. I did not get a reply. I have still heard nothing and have had not one contact after nearly a month. Absolutely terrible.

Such a sad store to go into these days. Carpets are worn down in large areas through to the flooring underneath, cables are duct taped to the ground to prevent trip hazards. Change rooms are extremely worn and unclean, and the pay points are confusing. Taking an online item back the other day, I was sent to five different areas before finding someone who could help. Terrible shame as the shopping centre is an outstanding facility, unfortunately David Jones just didn’t keep up.
